Die Schotten haben einen Zeitraffer-Clip geteilt, der Frontmann Simon Neil am Mikrofon beim Einsingen in der Aufnahmekabine zeigt. Versehen ist der Post mit den Worten: "Recording vocals. Things are heating up in here!". Sieht danach aus, als würde der Nachfolger des letzten, siebten Studioalbums "Ellipsis" Gestalt annehmen!

Jüngst hatte Drummer Ben Johnston dem britischen NME verraten, dass man im Studio erneut mit Producer Rich Costey (u.a. Muse, Death Cab for Cutie, Of Monsters and Men) arbeitet, der schon "Ellipsis" gemeinsam mit Biffy Clyro produzierte. "It’s definitely a lot more rocking than ‘Ellipsis’ was. Once again, we’re working with Rich Costey again so it will have that modern vibe to it", so Johnston dazu.
