Weil aller guten Dinge 3 sind: Auch "I Like It" hat nun Diamant-Status in den USA

Die Rekorde purzeln weiter für Cardi B: Wenige Tage nach Bekanntgabe ihrer zweiten Diamant-Auszeichnung in den USA hat die Rapperin nun mit einem dritten Song die magischen Grenze von 10 Million verkauften Einheiten in den USA durchbrochen und damit ihren dritten Diamant-Award sicher: Ihre 2018 veröffentlichte Kollaboration "I Like It" mit Bad Bunny und J Balvin vom Debütalbum "Invasion of Privacy" reiht sich nach "Bodak Yellow" (2017) und "Girls Like You" mit Maroon 5 (2018) in die Diamanten-Liste ein. Wohlgemerkt: alle drei Songs erreichten diesen Meilenstein in diesem Jahr. Ganz nebenbei ist Cardi B damit nun die erste Rapperin überhaupt, der dieses Kunststück gelingt (und neben Katy Perry die zweite Frau jemals).

Die 29-Jährige aus der New Yorker Bronx kommentiert im Post unten: "Wow I’m sooo happy ☺️! My album came out in 2018 and it's still breaking records. I have a solo record, a feature record and now ANOTHER record from a collab with 2 people that I look up to and love so much, @jbalvin & @badbunnypr ! I remember like it was yesterday when this song went #1 and now it’s Diamond. I honestly just can’t believe this is happening! I’m so proud to have two songs off my debut album go Diamond.
